Approved pets are subject to:

• A one-time, non-refundable $200 pet fee due before move-in

• An additional $10 monthly fee for dogs over 50 lbs

All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to move-in. Tenants may be required to provide pet names, breeds, approximate weights, photos, vaccination records, licensing information, or other identifying details requested by management. Unauthorized animals may constitute a lease violation.

Pets must be kept under reasonable control at all times and may not create excessive noise, property damage, sanitation concerns, safety risks, or disturbances to neighbors. Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damage, odors, pest treatment, waste removal, and cleaning costs caused by their animals.

Caged animals, fish tanks, and aquariums may be permitted if allowed by local law and approved by management. Aquariums or other water-filled containers exceeding 20 gallons require prior written approval.

Animals qualifying as service animals or assistance animals under applicable law are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees or pet rent. However, tenants remain responsible for any damage caused by approved animals.
